Returns & Warranty Policy

Returns

Return authorization (RMA) is required for all returned merchandise. RMA requests can be submitted by contacting orders@trend-med.com. Only direct Trend Medical customers with a valid order number may request an RMA.

All returns must be:

  • Shipped prepaid by the customer.

  • Clearly marked with the Return Material Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package.

Any product returned without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense. Freight collect returns will not be accepted.

Non-defective products may be returned within 90 days of purchase for Trend Medical order credit. Returns of unused items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Credit may be applied to future Trend Medical purchases.

To qualify for return:

  • Products must be in original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.

  • Returns in opened, damaged, or altered packaging will be denied.

  • Discontinued, altered, or custom-logoed items are not returnable.

Warranty Returns

To return a product under warranty, customers must request an RMA by contacting orders@trend-med.com. Only direct customers with a valid order number may submit a warranty claim.

All warranty returns must:

  • Be shipped freight prepaid in the original or equivalent packaging.

  • Be clearly marked with the RMA number on the outside.

Packages without RMA numbers will be returned at the customer’s expense. Trend Medical is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once received, the product will be inspected and tested. If determined to be defective, Trend Medical may:

  • Repair or replace the item at no cost, or

  • Issue a credit at Trend Medical’s discretion.

Warranty is void if the product:

  • Has been abused, misused, or damaged accidentally.

  • Was not used according to the Instructions for Use (IFU).

  • Has been modified, altered, or repaired by anyone other than Trend Medical or an authorized representative.

  • Was not purchased directly from Trend Medical or an authorized distributor.

Goods Damaged in Transit

All items ship FOB Origin. Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer once the courier picks up the package.

If a shipment arrives damaged:

  • The buyer must file a claim with the carrier.

  • Trend Medical is not responsible for shipping damage.

  • Shipping damage is not covered under warranty.

Claims for loss, damage, or short shipment must be reported to orders@trend-med.com within 48 hours of receipt.
